Maybe even since you were a kid? Or maybe you just took a break, or your aging body doesn't respond like it used to and you don’t know how to get started. That’s what I’m here for!

I know how to adjust your workouts for your current fitness level and needs. I'll teach you ways to increase your efficiency, improve your times, and enjoy running.


Minimize injuries and improve results with proper warm up, cool down, strength and recovery routines.


We’ll work on boosting runner specific strength and increasing flexibility with stretching and mobility routines to minimize injuries and improve performance. Massage is always an option and a great benefit for prevention of running injuries and maintenance.

  • 1:1 sessions can be added for strength training or massage as needed.
