Fitness takes work, but it doesn’t have to be complicated - not with me. As your trainer, I’ll create a custom plan that makes it as simple as possible for you to get results. One size does NOT fit all and I'll make sure of that.

We’ll look at your strength, mobility, cardio, stability, and I’ll use my expertise to create the structured workout you need based off your current fitness level and goals.
Together we’ll determine what's stopping you.
Sometimes a little encouragement and support is all we need to get moving. I’ll make sure you get the support and structure you need to make exercise a habit. You might even have fun or enjoy how your body feels after a good workout.
All you have to do is show up for your scheduled training sessions.
You won’t be spending hour after hour on the cardio machines with me. I’ll teach you to move better and safely while getting a great workout. Unlike the gym scene, you won’t have to deal with all the other personalities at BobFit. I have a private studio for 1:1 and small group classes. I’ll plan your workouts, track your progress, teach you proper form, and structure your program for your goals.
We’ll alter the program as needed to get you the best, safest results.
I provide the accountability. All you need to do is show up. No time? I have online training programs for those that can't come in every week or live elsewhere.
